Friday the 23rd, curbs will be installed along the hill parking next to KLM Park. This will not affect parking in this area. Also, tomorrow, a concrete pour will take place at The Gardens. It will be the first slab
on metal deck pour and will be on the south side and the center of the building. Workers will be onsite Saturday focused on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins on the north side of the building. This will not affect traffic and a member of Pepper will be onsite if there are any issues. Next week, either Tuesday or Wednesday, the large truck trailer will be parked on the side of the road again by the intersection of Pheasant Hollow and Dragonfly due to additional wall panels being delivered and installed. This will take place on the south side and center section of The Gardens. Wall panels on the north side of The Gardens are to be installed during the week of July 4th. The interior walls of the garden level of The Gardens have started on the south and central sections of the building. Once complete, they will work on the MEP for the apartments and common areas. Plans are for the concrete pour for the foundation walls of the connection walkway between The Gardens and Manor Home, on the south side of the main dining room, on Monday July 3rd. The stairs for the two stairwells at The Gardens will be delivered and installed in three weeks. The stairs are a steel pan with a concrete fill, same as the Martin Jahn Nursing Pavilion.
