Trained, experienced staff members oversee weekly chair and standing exercise programs, as well as yoga classes, equipment routines and strength training. These programs provide our residents the opportunity to improve balance and mobility, lower blood pressure, boost circulation and best of all to socialize, make new friends and have fun.
